We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization representing the interests of employers in Armenia. We carry out business promotion and socio-economic development programs. RUEA is the only official social partner in Armenia, together with the Government and the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia, in the framework of Tripartite Collective Agreement.

On November 29, at the joint initiative of Vahagn Hambardzumyan, President of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia, Hakob Avagyan, President of the SME Cooperation Association NGO, and Karen Zadoyan, President of the Armenian Lawyers’ Association NGO, a public discussion was organized at the Elite Plaza Business Center. The discussion aimed to constructively and professionally address contentious issues related to the legislative initiative which proposes proposes to move the taxation of a number of professional works and services to the general taxation system from July 1, 2025.

At the initiative of the President of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia, Vahagn Hambardzumyan, an online meeting of the health sector representatives was held on November 11 between the Union’s member enterpreneurs and the heads of 11 innovative organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The representatives of the RA Ministry of Health also participated.
